Monolithos Winery in Pachna village in Limassol region is located at an altitude of 750 metres. It is a family-owned boutique winery using only local grapes. They strive to create wines that are “old world” whilst at the same time making use of modern technology.

    we would like to say THANK YOU to a man (whose name we have forgotten – we apologe for it) who showed us round the winery last Friday 2.6.2017, although the new building of winery is still being built and is not prepared for customers (but then it will be very nice with a best view on the allround hills of any winery we had seen at Cyprus). He was very kind to us, show us everything and at the end, he gave us for free a bottle of wine – white one (cuvée of three types of grapes) – it tasted delicious. For us it is the best wine from any winery from the Cyprus. Once more – thank you.
