Agios Serafim Solia Winery

The Agios Serafim Solia is a monastey winery. The first vines of the red varieties Shiraz and Grenache were planted in 2015, while today the vineyard has expanded and also includes the white native varieties Xynisteri, Morokanella and Vasilissa. All the cultivations follow the principles of organic agriculture, and the wines will soon attain the organic certification. The monks produce a limited quantity of quality wine, following a combination of modern and traditional methods of winemaking, using French oak barrels for the stage of maturation.
